1. Food quality was highly questionable. We got really bad food poisoning after staying here for 4 nights (all drinking & dining in the hotel). During our last stay, my partner and I had to run to the restroom at 4am, and symptoms worsened even after we left over 2 days. 2. Final bills were often wrong (wrongly calculated laundry bill or forgotten to add the laundry bill.) 3. NYE mandatory charge of $250 / pax was super overpriced for the food quality (not fresh/cold) and performance (songs were old fashion and our table was shaking aggressively when people were dancing) 4. Service was good but didn’t justify the other underwhelming facts

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the buffet was so varied and the food was great. The pool was lovely and big. The rooms and hallways are slightly dated but the beds were super comfortable and overall the room was clean and good. We would recommend Mr. Amal who can be located by the beach front of the hotel as he organized an all inclusive day trip for a reasonable price and made our trip very relaxed as we didn’t have to worry about payments and negotiations all day.
